Housing + Economic Development
We offer quality, affordable, energy-efficient housing, bias towards
ownership, development without displacement and transit oriented
housing and commercial development.
Programs:
- Financial Services and Products
From New Start Checking to the Smart Savers Program, the Community Savings Center offers community residents practical steps toward better financial management. The programs, services, and classes offered by the center are designed to serve people often overlooked by traditional banks and other institutions. For many, this program is the right alternative to evade predatory lenders and other questionable resources. If you have the will, we have the way.
- Office and Retail Leasing
Bethel New Life has conveniently located retail space for community-based and privately owned businesses. This promotes the development of resources, wealth creation, and retention within the community. We offer amenities for community based organizations, small schools, and churches.
