Do you remember the name of your favorite Out of School Time Educator? Was it a coach? Perhaps it was a church volunteer. Many of us relied on out school time education programs as children. Today such programs are vehicles for our children to build important life skills. Some are simply safe havens from potential violence. West Side Chicago Out of School Time Educators serve over 5,000 children annually, and they are an important part of the West Side Forward (WSF) strategy.
