Office/Retail Leasing

Bethel New Life has conveniently located office and retail space for community-based and privately owned businesses. This promotes the development of resources, wealth creation, and retention within the community. We offer amenities for community based organizations, small schools, and churches.

Since its opening in 1995, the Small Business Center has rented out office space and the Amberg Hall to people in the community. The Center is open from 8 AM-8 PM, Monday through Friday and located is located on the Bethel New Life campus at 1140 North Lamon. Retail space is also available at the transit orientated Bethel Commercial Center located at Lake Street and Pulaski Road.
